Revised Website

Just a note to let you know that HMK Associates' website - www.hmkassociates.com - has been updated. Take a look! Thanks to Mark McLaren at McBuzz Communications for his great work revamping the site. Along with the familiar faces of Karen, Annette and Holly, the site includes profiles of our new hires in 2005 – John Drury, Karen McMahon, Aimee Miller and Tu Sofelkanik. We have a fantastic team and are looking forward to working with you.

Recruiting

In 2005, we filled 27 jobs for our HMK Associates clients at an average cost of less than 10% of salary. As of March, we've filled 7 more. Titles of positions filled include Project Manager, ITS Manager, Unix Systems Administrator, a variety of Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Account Manager, Controller, Technical Recruiter, Program Director, Lead Software Engineer, and many more.

Other News

Also in 2005, we created salary structures, wrote employee handbooks, conducted on site management training sessions, and performed numerous hr “audits”. We were also pleased to form a new partnership in 2005 with The Technology Collaborative. John Drury, Manager of the TTC Recruiting Program, has filled 12 jobs on behalf of TTC companies to date!
