Where do resumes go?
Although your company’s name is
usually prominently displayed in
any advertising for positions,
resumes are usually sent directly
to HMK Associates.
Resumes are returned to the
client at the conclusion of the
search, and are not shared with
other clients without prior
permission.
How much will it cost?
We charge either a fixed fee or
an hourly rate for our
services. In this way, we
are able to provide objective and
unbiased advice on compensation
and candidates; depending on
whether you are certain of
If you select the option of paying
for our time, each month you will
receive an invoice with a detailed
time record. Regardless of
the option you select, we will
keep you posted on a regular basis
of our efforts on your
behalf.
